I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Perula Istanbul Tukiye with my family, and I am compelled to share how exceptional my experience was, particularly thanks to the outstanding hospitality provided by the hotel staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The attention to detail was remarkable; every staff member went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The front desk team was incredibly accommodating, handling check-in with efficiency and friendliness. They provided insightful recommendations for local attractions and dining, which greatly enhanced my visit. The housekeeping staff did a phenomenal job maintaining a pristine room, and their thoughtful touches did not go unnoticed. What truly set this hotel apart was the personal touch in every interaction which is all the near door steps like Hagia Sofia, Blue Masjid, Grand Bazar, Bosphorus cruse. The staff's genuine care and professionalism created an atmosphere that felt both welcoming and luxurious. I personally recommend Hotel Perula to all of my friend and families.

This is a late review coz me and my cousin stayed here last July 7-10, but I did not regret booking this hotel. I liked the room, it was clean. The wifi was fine, no trouble in connecting. I loved that the dining hall is located at the rooftop overlooking the sea and the Blue Mosque, which is a great view at night. Our booking included free breakfast, which I like whenever I travel. The rooftop is open at night as well for dinner, which saved us when we came back late and hungry coz we couldn’t find a restaurant to dine. The hotel staff were all accommodating, especially Mr. Adil in the front desk. The best part of this is the hotel next to most of the tourist spots. Literally we walked out of hotel and not even 5min I saw the Blue mosque/Sultanahmet then next the Hagia Sofia. The hotel also helped booked for us airport-hotel pick-up and back.

Great location - off a busy street but very quiet and clean. We enjoyed a delicious buffet breakfast on the rooftop w/ a view of the Blue Mosque every morning - Then, the breakfast venue turned into a great restaurant - 'APOLLON' - whose new owner paid individual and genuine attention to his clientele. The location of the hotel was within easy walking distance of the Grand Bazaar, mosques, tram line and plenty of restaurants. We especially liked the shop right next door that sold a generous array of delicious "Turkish Delights", dried fruits & saffron. The owner was tremendously enjoyable and educated us as to the different types of saffron.

Very informative and helpful front desk staff, they were proactive and contacted me in advance regarding tour booking information and airport transfers. Very helpful with sightseeing directions and assistance with off-site laundry service. Excellent location for the Sultanahmet area, 2 minutes walk to the Blue Mosque and 3 minutes to Sophie Hagia and 4 minutes to Basilica. Lovely quaint rooftop restaurant in level 6 ( nb have to climb stairs from 5th to 6th floor) for extensive panoramic views of Istanbul city and port area. Good small and friendly hamam within walking distance from hotel as well as many food and shopping options.
